In the area of bookbinding service, we overhaul the common folding and cutting machines. This applies especially to older models:

• Cutting knife and Cutting bar

Ior your demands in the field of cutting knives, we are specialized in offering cutting knives of the highest quality.

We deliver Hagedorn knives in various qualities:

HSS knife
are the world most common guillotine cutter and has a service life four times higher than Swedish steel knives. In addition to a good price-performance ratio, the advantage is the problem-free use while cutting the most common types of material.

Hartmetall GENESIS (gelötet)
are a further development of the conventional carbide blade. GENESIS knives from Hagedorn are characterized by a 40-fold increase in service life. The ultra-fine grain carbide used for production is suitable for cutting paper, cardboard and very hard materials.

Carbide GENESIS (brazed)
These knives stand for the highest cutting performance. In terms of service life, completely new dimensions are reached: A service life increase of 60 times compared to Swedish steel knives or 6 times compared to a good carbide knife is not uncommon in practice. In addition to the great hardness and wear resistance, the Hagedorn VITECH knife offers a significant reduction in nicks and nicks in the cutting edge.
